Hot-diggity-dog!  It's summer!  (or at least it feels like summer in Alabama, though we have another 20 days until the official start)

Here are some flip flop and sunscreen cookies that were made for a beach trip.  What a way to celebrate fun in the sun!

This week's weather is making me want to drive south and sit on a sandy beach (with a good book and a fluffy beach towel).  Alas, our baking schedule is a bit too busy for beach trips, so we'll do the next best thing...bake beach inspired cookies!
