Happy Go Lucky Sweets features homemade, custom decorated sugar cookies made just for you. No matter what the occasion, we can create a unique cookie to help you celebrate! At HGLS, we combine our passion for baking with our desire to make things beautiful. The result is a delicious hand-crafted confection that brings a smile to even the biggest of curmudgeons!
HGLS has made cookies for birthday celebrations, class parties, graduations, weddings, baby showers, holiday parties, corporate events, PTO meetings, and a variety of other special occasions. All of our cookie designs are unique. We've made everything from tooth-shaped cookies to teapot cookies adorned with Chinese characters. For our corporate clients, we now offer logo cookies and can ship them anywhere.
Our cookies combine the feel of a sugar cookie with the richness of shortbread. All cookies are made from scratch with a great deal of love! After they’re baked, they are decorated with premium royal icing and packaged up, ready for you to enjoy. We also offer a variety of packaging options. Standard orders are delivered in bakery boxes. On your request, we will wrap your cookies individually or in sets in cellophane bags tied with ribbons. We will work to accommodate every request that your little ‘ol heart desires! HGLS can also ship your cookies to cookie lovers everywhere!
Question: What kind of cookies do you make?
Answer: Right now, we make sugar cookies. Actually, our cookies are a sugar cookie/shortbread hybrid. We plan on branching out in the near future, and when we do, you'll hear it here!
Question: What type of icing do you use?
Answer: We use a royal icing. It's sturdy enough to make the cookies bagable & stackable.
Question: How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Answer: About 5 days if sealed in a bag or other airtight container.
Question: Do you ship your cookies?
Answer: Absolutely! We ship anywhere in the USA, and prefer to send with a 2-Day delivery to guarantee freshness.
Question: What are the ingredients used?
Answer: Here's what goes int our super yummy sugar cookies:
Cookies- Butter, Pure Cane Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla, All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Salt
Icing - Confectioner's Sugar, Meringue Powder, Water, Americolor Food Coloring
Question: I don't see nuts or nut products on your list of ingredients, but you say the cookies may contain. What gives?
Answer: Occasionally, we get a request to use almond extract in our dough or our icing. If a nut free batch is needed, please specify and we will make sure that no nut products come in contact with the cookies. Please keep in mind, though, that our kitchen is not completely nut free, so if you have a severe nut allergy, I would advise you to seek a product made in a nut free kitchen.
